Be sure to save some time to do some wine tasting during the Bull Bash. The Friends of the Valentine Library, Plains Trading Company and Wells Fargo are teaming up to allow people to sample Nebraska wines and to enjoy beef hors d'oeuvres and cheese. The wine tasting will begin at 2 p.m. in the Wells Fargo Bank on the corner of 1st and Main. Featured Nebraska vinters are Mac's Creek Winery of Lexington, Ne., and Miletta Vista Winery of St. Paul.
Participants can purchase six (6) tickets for $10. Each ticket will allow a sample of wine. They will have the opportunity to taste several varieties of wine as well as support the Friends of the Library organization. Wine tasting will conclude at 4 p.m. Advanced tickets will be available at Plains Trading Company.
